The author does a masterful job of memory refreshing, as he weaves plot points and character involvement from the first book, into the new story line seamlessly and right on cue. I didn't find the need to go back and reread any parts of the former adventure. It was nice to see that all the characters have returned, and reunited to get to the bottom of their new dilemma caused by some new villains, along with the former foes from the blotter world.

Unexpected friendships, trekking across continents, danger clenching situations, new mysteries, new clues , new searches, and new answers! I LOVED THIS BOOK!!
