Where Are You In The Race?
Paul writes in (KJV) Philipians 3:13-14:
"Bretheren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before.
I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus"
What's your position, are you:
- • frustrated?
- • unhappy?
- • unfulfilled?
- • living below par?
- • operating outside of your gifting?
- • a reflection of the love of God?
- • apathetic towards the Word of God?
- • the best "you" possible?
- • living the more than abundant life?
- • debt free? or do you want to be?
- • using your gifts and talents to serve God, yourself, or the world?
- • putting God first in your life? or scheduling Him out of it?
- • renewing your mind daily?
- • reaching your goals? or have you even set any?
- • aware of what is really going on in our country?
- • serving the Lord in your church (as only you can)?
- • encouraging and praying for your pastor?
- • using your words to build up or tear down?
God has a plan for your life. Do you know what it is?
It may be the time to take an inventory of yourself; time to make an honest evaluation of where you are in the race. Its not too late to make the changes necessary that will enable you to reach the goals that God wants for you to achieve. Do not settle for mediocrity! Be the best you that you can possibly be!
Ask yourself!
